Dubai Investment Real Estate Company [DIR] is the real estate arm of Dubai Investments PJSC. Founded in 2006, the Company has established its reputation through a distinctive portfolio of sustainable real estate solutions and today boasts of an impressive range of mixed-use developments, residential buildings, commercial projects including warehouses and land banks, across key strategic locations, providing an expansive portfolio to suit varied requirements.
Several well-known mixed-used developments have been developed by Dubai Investment Real Estate. Mirdif Hills, is the freehold, mixed-use, gated community in Mirdif, spanning 1 million square feet and Ritaj, another mixed-use development is in Dubai Investments Park. DIR is extending the real estate investments to other emirates and the new upcoming project Al Marjan, marks the Company’s flagship project in Ras Al Khaimah. DIR also owns a portfolio of residential and mixed-use buildings across the UAE and are in strategic locations across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
DIR’s portfolio of warehouses is designed to provide a purpose-built site for companies looking to manage logistics and warehousing efficiently. Staff accommodations is another key support service offered by DIR and the Company currently owns camps with accommodations, designed to provide living spaces to suit different sectors.
As part of the Company’s investments into other sectors, DIR owns a 50% stake in Al Qudra Sports Management Company – a sports management company that specialises in sports and recreation facilities, consultation and management. To optimally support its real estate developments, DIR has developed Al Mujama Owners Association, certified by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and led by a team of experts is a specialized, owners association (OA) management service firm focused on providing services for Dubai Investment Real Estate (DIR) projects Ritaj, Mirdif Hills (Janayen Cluster) and DIR warehouses located in Dubai Investments Park 2.
DIR remains a key real estate subsidiary for Dubai Investments, and the Company is well positioned for continued growth, driven by ongoing and future opportunities within the sector. DIR aims to create environment-friendly properties that deliver maximum value providing unparalleled quality and value for money to customers.
